The Flats East

is a self-contained, one-bedroom unit with a King bed, small kitchenette and a living room, plus an ensuite bathroom. You can enjoy a continental breakfast in your own kitchenette before embarking on a busy day sightseeing and exploring all the County has to offer.

The Flats West

is a self-contained, one-bedroom unit with a Queen bed, reading nook and a spacious, ensuite bathroom.

Theatre Flats

The newly renovated, year-round West Street Theatre Flat is a 1,500 square foot ground floor suite in the heart of Wellington, Prince Edward County and a stone's throw from the town's best attractions - the Festival Players Studio Theatre, Enid Grace Cafe, The Drake Devonshire and Drake Hotel, Midtown Brewery, La Condesa, Sybil Frank Gallery, The Parlour Studio, East and Main and The General. 

The spacious and open concept flat features a boutique-style kitchen with a stove and fridge, a dining area, a living room with a gas fireplace and a deck with patio dining and a bbq. One sleeping area is best suited to a family with two children and offers two adjoining rooms - one with a queen size bed and the other with a bunk bed. The second bedroom offers two double beds.
